Colitis is a chronic disorder where the colon lining becomes
inflamed and develops ulcers that cause bloody
diarrhea, bloating, gas, pain, stool
hardening, and absorption problems. Things that make it worse are poor eating habits,
stress, food allergies, and overuse of
antibiotics. A good colon cleansing and restoration formula can help as well
as drinking more water. Reduce fats, oils, milk, cheese, soft drinks, and
caffeine. Eat lots of vegetables and fish.
Colitis may be caused by bacteria. Many times the person has
overused antibiotics that has weaken their intestinal system. A
good herbal supplement like Immunity
can be a good alternative to prescription anti-biotic drugs. A
complication of colitis is called toxic megacolon where the
intestinal wall weakens and swells out and can break or rupture.
Colitis can also indicate an increased risk of colon cancer.
Proper diet, plenty of water, and a good nutritional
supplementation as shown below can help both prevent and heal
colitis.
