An aneurysm is a place in a blood
vessel where the wall is thin and can rupture due to
blood pressure. If the aneurysm ruptures circulation is
disrupted and the problem can be severe depending on the
location of the aneurysm. The best prevention of aneurysm
is not smoking, reducing blood pressure, reducing
cholesterol levels, reducing stress, if overweight losing
weight, and good nutritional supplementation with vitamins, minerals, and omega fatty acids.
